Bhangjeera is not only a commonly used spice in the hilly areas but also used in the form of massage oil. Oil cakes made from bhangjeera are a great source of polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFAs). These aromatic seeds are also used to prepare salt, seasonings and chutneys.
